RETREAT MORNING EXERCISE 08:00-10:00
At our retreat, we start each morning together with a gentle practice that awakens and refreshes the body and mind. We learn about different mantras and their healing power. We find the heart-voice connection. Our physical practice is gentle yoga guided by conscious breathing. We also do various pranayama breathing exercises that further boost the body-mind connection. Our morning practice is suitable for everyone and does not require previous experience.
INCOMING DAY: EVENING YOGA
A restorative yin yoga practice that focuses on grounding and restoring the body. We release both mental and muscular tension and let our bodies "melt" into yoga poses. We use yoga bricks, pillows and blankets to support the practice. Our nervous system will thank us.
During the retreat we will provide you with a yoga mat, 2 yoga bricks and a yoga belt. If you wish, you can also bring your own accessories to support your practice.
